O God, Father of mercy, weadore You and
Wethank You for the gift of Bishop Fortunato Maria,
living image of Christ, Good Sheperd,
generous and gentle in ecclesial service,
builder of brotherhood in the city community.
In love with the Eucharist and devoted to the Vergin Mary,
took care of the serenity of families,
the training of young people and, in particular,
of priestly and religious vocations.
Please glorify on earth thisfaithful servant of yours
and grant us, throughhis intercession,
